| Bev's Famous Veggie Soup 
tblsp olive oil 1 tsp fresh minced garlic 1 chopped onion 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, shredded 10 oz pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms 1 lb fresh baby spinach 1 can V-8 1/2 lb teeny tiny pasta shells water as needed fresh basil, chopped salt, pepper, dill weed & pepper flakes to taste. 
saute garlic, onion, carrots and celery for 5 minutes add remaining ingredients (except pasta) and bring to a boil add pasta and simmer 30 minutes. ENJOY! |
